As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of simplifying financial solutions.
Role Overview:
The Sales Admi Executive supports the sales team in managing loan application and refinancing cases from submission to disbursement. This role ensures proper documentation, timely follow-ups with clients, banks, and legal firms, and accurate tracking of all sales files.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage loan/refinancing files from submission to approval and disbursement.
· Prepare and check required documents for loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
· Follow up with clients, bankers, and legal firms on application status and outstanding documents.
· Maintain and update file tracking system (e.g. submission, approval, disbursement status).
· Assist sales agents in preparing case summaries, quotations, and calculations (e.g. refinancing savings).
· Monitor and update commission tracking for agents based on disbursed files.
· Handle client enquiries and provide basic updates on application progress.
· Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of cases.
· Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on file status, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales admin / loan processing / banking / mortgage / financial services.
· Familiarity with loan documentation, refinancing process, or banking procedures is an added advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic tracking, reporting).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
· Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage due to client interaction).
· Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· Experience in mortgage, personal loan, or financial advisory environment.
