Responsibilities:

• Create various accurate technical drawings by adhering to various specifications and calculations. Including but not limited to handle all detailing and construction drawings.
• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• To resolve design related issues at all stages with project manager and vendors.
• Site visits to ensure projects are developed according to specification and requirement.
• Present rough design drafts for clients’ approval.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required skills: AutoCAD (Advance level) software, 2D/3D drawings
• Able to work under pressure and deliver within committed deadlines
• Able to work independently / with minimum supervision
• Meticulous and well-organized with a proven ability to multitask within timeline.
• Willingness to take criticism and be self-critical.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage daily tasks for self and junior staffs.
• Solution-driven.
