Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Arrange interview schedules
• Coordinate communication with candidates
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Assist in organizing staff activities, events, and engagement programmes
• Support employee recognition initiatives
• Support attendance and leave tracking
• Prepare training materials and attendance records
• Assist in training-related administrative tasks
• Perform other duties assigned by the HR Department

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Psychology/ Management or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
