Position Summary

This role is responsible for safe, timely, and efficient delivery of cakes from the central kitchen to outlets or customers, while also supporting basic operational tasks.

The role ensures that products arrive in perfect condition, outlets are well-supported, and daily logistics run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport cakes and products from central kitchen to outlets or assigned locations
• Ensure on-time delivery according to daily schedule
• Handle loading and unloading of cakes with care to avoid damage
• Assist in packing, checking, and organizing delivery items before dispatch
• Support outlet or operations team when required (e.g., stock arrangement, simple coordination)
• Run errands such as collecting supplies or delivering documents/items
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Keep records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
• Be flexible to support urgent delivery when needed

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 2–3 years of driving experience (delivery or company driver preferred)
• Valid GDL license with a clean record
• Familiar with Penang routes (island & mainland); Selangor familiarity is a plus
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Physically fit (able to carry and handle cake boxes)
• Good attitude, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Willing to work overtime when required
