岗位职责
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To provide general administrative support.
2. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
3. Preparation of documentation & submission for application of vehicles permits, road tax and Puspakom.
4. Handling Insurance claim.
5. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and maintenance as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM.
2. Have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a related field.
3. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Ability to speak in English / Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
