Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, punctual, and professional driving services for the Company, including transporting management/staff, documents, and items, while ensuring the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with all traffic regulations and Company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving & Transportation

- Provide daily driving support for management/staff to meetings, site visits, and other work-related destinations.

- Perform pick-up/drop-off duties according to schedules and ad-hoc requests.

2. Delivery & Dispatch

- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and items between the office, clients, vendors, and relevant authorities when required.

- Ensure items are handled carefully and delivered within the required timeline.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness

- Maintain the vehicle in clean and presentable condition (interior and exterior).

- Conduct basic daily checks (fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, engine oil, coolant, wipers).

- Arrange scheduled servicing, repairs, inspections, and renewals (road tax/insurance) as instructed.

- Keep proper records (mileage, fuel, tolls, servicing logs).

4. Safety & Compliance

- Drive safely and responsibly, following traffic laws and Company safety requirements.

- Practice defensive driving and avoid risky driving behaviours.

- Report accidents, traffic summons, or vehicle issues promptly and follow internal reporting procedures.

5. General Support

- Assist with basic administrative/runner tasks when not driving (e.g., simple errands, minor office support) as assigned.

Requirements

- Valid driving licence (Class D); additional licences (E/PSV/GDL) are an advantage if required for the vehicle type.

- Minimum 1 year experience as a company/personal driver preferred.

- Familiar with local routes and able to use navigation apps effectively.

- Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and well-groomed with professional attitude.

- Able to maintain confidentiality for Company and management-related matters.

- Physically fit and able to perform daily driving duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
