Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our growing team at SchoolEnco. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales and are confident in interacting with clients.

This is a performance-based opportunity initially, with strong earning potential and structured growth.

Compensation Structure

• Initial 3 Months (Probation Period):
• Performance-based earnings (12–15% commission on sales)
• After Successful Completion of Probation:
• Fixed salary + incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients (schools/institutions)
• Present and explain company products/services
• Generate leads and close sales
• Maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Eligibility

• Undergraduates (UG) and Graduates both can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and negotiation
• Confidence and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to learn and grow
