Job Summary
Support project coordination, tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth execution of property development and organisational initiatives. Work closely with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support project execution, reporting, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project progress, schedules, risks, issues, and reporting updates
- Prepare management reports and presentations for decision-making
- Maintain accurate project and portfolio data
- Highlight key risks, gaps, and areas requiring attention
Stakeholder Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with leadership teams, project owners, and stakeholders on project execution
- Support project activities from initiation to completion
- Organise meetings, follow-ups, communications, and action items
- Assist in strategic and cross-functional organisational initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Performance Support
- Support tracking of project and business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflow efficiency
- Assist in implementing new tools, templates, and reporting methods
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Property Development, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related fields
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles
- Experience in Property Development or Construction industry is an advantage
- Exposure to project reporting and tracking environments preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of project coordination and reporting processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
