Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer / E-commerce Sales Executive to drive customer engagement and sales across phone and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and familiarity with e-commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
- Present products and services effectively to close sales.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Support online sales channels (company website, marketplaces, social media).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
