岗位职责

  • Assist the Admin & HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR matters and daily office administration.
  • Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employment related letter.
  • Attend to matters related to employee relations, discipline and grievances.
  • Perform timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Prepare statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in accordance with the statutory requirements
  • Ensure timely year end reporting and preparation of staffs EA.
  • Maintain up to date data in personal files and ensure an appropriate filing system for easy retrieval
  • Responsible for the organization and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures.
  • Provide others administrative support as necessary/ instructed by immediate superior.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR Admin experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive & proactive attitude towards work
  • Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills
  • Candidates with experience in the logistics industry will have an added advantage
