Supports daily HR operations including recruitment, employee records, reporting, compliance, and ensuring proper documentation for audits, business licenses, and permits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for workers and staff.
- Maintain and update employee records – attendance, leave, medical, contracts.
- Support payroll process with timely input of leave, OT, and attendance data.
- Prepare regular HR reports – headcount, absenteeism, turnover, training, etc.
- Ensure HR documents are audit-ready for internal, government, customer, and certification audits (e.g. ISO, food safety, SMETA).
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for company licenses, permits, and certifications.
- Track expiry dates and assist with renewal processes for business permits and approvals.
- Liaise with relevant departments or authorities for document submissions and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
- Organize HR filing systems and maintain document confidentiality.
- Support sustainability reporting and initiatives.
- Assist in safety, compliance, and HR improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
· 1–2 years’ HR experience in manufacturing.
· Familiar with HR documentation and audit compliance.
· Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
· Good communication and follow-up skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
