JOB SCOPE
- Handle daily administrative tasks & office operations
- Manage company documents, filing & data entry
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports & correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments & project coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails & customer inquiries
- Monitor office supplies & coordinate purchases when needed
- Support management & team members in administrative matters
- Maintain proper documentation & record keeping
- Assist in preparing reports using Microsoft Excel & Office
- Ensure smooth office workflow & administrative support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM/Diploma in Business Administration / Management / Office Administration / related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in:
Administration / Office Management
Clerical & documentation work
Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
Filing & documentation management
Administrative coordination
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized & able to work independently
- Able to multitask & manage time efficiently
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in construction / interior design industry
- Familiar with accounting or admin software
- Strong problem-solving & coordination skills
- Experience handling customer inquiries & office support
