岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all marketing-related documents, invoices, quotation tracking, and claims.
Assist in updating marketing databases, tracking campaign performance data, and preparing simple weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate and monitor the inventory of marketing materials, premium gifts, and printing stocks (brochures, posters, banners).
Provide general administrative support for marketing events, product launches, or team meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Administration.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Needs to handle paperwork in Mandarin and English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of basic design tools (like Canva) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a positive learning attitude.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Prior experience in general admin or customer service is a great advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
