• Supervise overall warehouse daily operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly recorded and updated.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QA, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
• Plan and arrange manpower for warehouse activities to achieve operational efficiency.
• Conduct stock count, cycle count, and yearly stock take activities.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials according to FIFO practices.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Prepare warehouse-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance and discipline.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor forklift and warehouse equipment condition to ensure safe operation.
• Support continuous improvement activities within warehouse operations.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse/store operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/SQL inventory systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
