About the Company:

A leading civil engineering and construction firm, recognized as one of the top main contractors specializing in rail transit and underground space construction.

Job Description:

• Prepare full set of accounts for audit in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the company's daily expense reimbursement, ensuring the legality and accuracy of the reimbursement procedures and original documents.
• Responsible for the accounting processing of the company's sales, purchase and project settlements and the verification of current accounts.
• Responsible for the company's daily accounting work, preparing accounting documents, and ensuring that income, costs, and expenses are accurately and timely recorded.
• Responsible for month-end AR and AP settlement and reporting.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Able to handle all full set of accounts and well-versed in Auto-Count accounting software.
• Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to response with China and Singapore accounting.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, taxation, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Remuneration:

RM 3,300 - RM 4,500
