Key Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR) including month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
Record journal entries, maintain general ledger, and perform account reconciliations.
Process employee expense reports, staff claims, and payroll-related entries.
Record and maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and lease commitments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis.
Compute taxes owed and assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, Income Tax).
Support statutory audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
Maintain accounting records, filing systems, and enforce effective internal controls.
Analyze financial data, costs, and trends to support budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and accounting procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Strong knowledge of full set of accounts and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or equivalent).
Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements and tax compliance.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
