General Summary:

The role in supporting the smooth functioning of the warehouse by assisting with various tasks related to material handling, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Principal Responsibilities:

(i) Material Handling:

· Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, products, and supplies using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.

· Transport materials and products to designated storage areas within the warehouse using safe handling practices.

(ii) Product Repacking:

· Perform product repacking jobs as required, ensuring products are properly packaged and labeled for storage or shipment

(iii) Inventory Management:

· Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by performing monthly and yearly stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate inventory levels.

· Assist in the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products, ensuring compliance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Supply raw materials to production lines as per production schedules and requirements.

· Ensure the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system is strictly followed for all products in the warehouse to prevent stock spoilage or obsolescence.

(iv) Housekeeping and Maintenance:

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris as needed.

· Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment (Forklift & Reach truck) and facilities in good working condition by reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

(v) Other Responsibility

· Comply with all statutory laws, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, and in-house rules and regulations.

· Support OSH and QMS policies and objectives, and actively participate in safety training programs.

· Uphold housekeeping standards to ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace.

· Regularly organize and maintain the warehouse to optimize space utilization and efficiency.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support warehouse operations and organizational objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
