About the Role

We are seeking both highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between the business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will play a crucial part in analyzing business processes, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the projects are delivered successfully.

What You'll Do

• Gather & Define Requirements: Work closely with business leaders to understand and document their needs through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Analyze & Prioritize: Transform requirements into detailed specifications, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives.
• Design Solutions: Stay current with industry trends and collaborate with our technical teams to develop and propose effective solutions.
• Improve Processes: Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring a smooth and clear flow of information.
• Test & Validate: Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet all business requirements and maintain a high standard of quality.

What We're Looking For

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or in a related product management role.

Skills:

• Strong business and analytical sense with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, able to take initiative, and a natural problem-solver.
• Adept at multitasking and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• A good team player who is also capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
• A basic understanding of technical concepts and the software development lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
