The PPM Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of rotating elements within port equipment. This role involves conducting inspections, repairs, and replacements, implementing preventative maintenance plans, and managing a team of technicians. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical systems, strong analytical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or engineering.
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment and lubrication principles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
