Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to related departments.
- Manage class schedule, and handle correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoice, and other documents.
- Maintain and update office files and records.
- Answer phone WhatsApp and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate class supplies and needed.
- Support day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth running of the academy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in office management is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Doc, Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Able to work in Setia Alam(HQ).
- Able to start working in June 2026 onwards.
- Willing to travel (few times in a month).
Working hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 9am - 6pm
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
