Job Summary:
Responsible for supply chain performance reporting, data analysis, and process improvement support. The role collaborates with operations, business units, regional teams, and clients to generate reports, support business reviews, and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. All performance measurement processes:
a) Coordinate with DC team to obtain performance data for analysis
b) Generate reports for DC supply chain performance by defined category
c) Prepare and publish specific daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations deck.
d) Ensure reports generated are accurate and presentable
2. Supporting Data Analytics for any process improvement projects
3. Liaison with BU, regional team, client and customer and other business units if necessary to support required data analysis.
4. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with operation team, BU, regional team and business partners in perspective of data sharing.
5. Prepare and organize monthly business review for client with follow up promptly on the action items as discussed.
6. Handle special projects as assigned
a) Perform research activities to identify new solutions for logistical challenges
b) Provide recommendation for efficiency improvement wherever applicable
