The Singapore team brings together multidisciplinary experts in process engineering, chemistry, and digital technologies to design, test, and scale proprietary treatment systems. Working closely with global partners and customers, the R&D hub plays a critical role in accelerating technology commercialization and tailoring solutions to regional needs.

Job Summary:
Counter-flow reverse osmosis (CFRO) is an innovative technology transforming the fields of desalination and water treatment. The intern will support the development of Gradiant’s CFRO technologies for advanced water treatment applications. The intern will assist in the design, operation, and optimization of experimental RO systems, including pilot-scale testing and data analysis.
This role provides hands-on experience with membrane desalination technologies, experimental system operation, and research methodologies in water treatment. The candidate will also gain exposure to analytical techniques used to characterize membrane performance and obtain practical experience in treating challenging industrial wastewater using membrane-based technologies.
