Job Overview

The Content Creator is responsible for planning, producing, and managing engaging digital content across Skynara Clinic’s social media platforms. This role requires a highly creative individual who understands social media trends, audience engagement, and storytelling.

The Content Creator will develop compelling content including weekly drama series, educational aesthetic content, and engaging video materials to increase brand awareness, build trust with viewers, and promote Skynara Clinic’s services.

Key Responsibilitie

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Plan and develop a weekly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Generate creative ideas that attract and engage social media audiences.
• Identify trending topics, formats, and viral content opportunities relevant to aesthetic and beauty industries.

2. Video & Social Media Content Creation

• Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Produce weekly drama-style content that is entertaining and relatable to viewers.
• Develop educational content explaining aesthetic treatments, skincare, and clinic services in an engaging and easy-to-understand format.
• Produce engaging content to increase viewer interaction, shares, and audience growth.

3. Filming & Production

• Plan, film, and coordinate video shoots within the clinic.
• Collaborate with doctors, staff, and management during content production.
• Ensure videos are clear, professional, and aligned with the clinic’s branding.

4. Editing & Posting

• Edit video content using appropriate editing tools.
• Ensure videos are optimized for social media platforms.
• Schedule and upload content according to the planned posting schedule.

5. Audience Engagement

• Monitor audience responses, comments, and engagement trends.
• Create content that encourages interaction such as discussions, questions, and shares.

6. Brand Representation

• Ensure all content reflects Skynara Clinic’s brand identity, professionalism, and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain ethical marketing practices in accordance with aesthetic and medical guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Familiar with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
• Basic skills in video filming and editing.
• Confident working in front of camera or directing others during filming.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
