Position : Retail Sales Assistant

Salary : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000

Working Day : 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (10am-6pm)

Location : Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and customer experience. This position blends retail operations and social media content creation, offering a vibrant role within our growing creative environment.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage daily retail operations, including sales, customer engagement, and cash handling.

· Provide styling advice and maintain strong product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

· Assist in store display and merchandising to align with brand presentation standards.

· Participate in social media content creation (e.g., styling videos, lifestyle posts, product showcases).

· Monitor and report daily and weekly sales performance.

· Support store events, pop-ups, and new launches.

· Communicate closely with internal teams regarding stock, feedback, and campaign needs.

Requirements

· Passionate about fashion, branding, and creative retail.

· Confident and comfortable being featured in social media content.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Responsible, proactive, and able to work on weekends/public holidays when required.

· Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
