Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Upload new products including images, descriptions, pricing, and variations
• Ensure product information accuracy and consistency across platforms
• Perform bulk uploads and updates using Excel or platform tools
• Assist in campaign setup (pricing, stock, vouchers, basic promo setup)
• Monitor product availability and ensure key items are always in stock
• Coordinate with internal team for product details, images, and stock updates
• Perform basic reporting and data tracking

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in ecommerce operations or similar role
• Familiar with Shopee / Lazada Seller Center
• Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large product volumes
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
