Operations / Markering Intern (Property Management)

Location: Johor Bahru (JB)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and system-driven Operations Intern to support our fast-growing property management business.

This role focuses on building structured systems, tracking operations, and improving workflow efficiency across our rental portfolio.

Job Scope

• Maintain and update master unit database (occupied, vacant, maintenance status)
• Assist in building and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Check-in / Check-out process
• Maintenance workflow
• Tenant management process
• Create and manage tracking dashboards using Excel or Notion
• Monitor occupancy status and unit performance
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance cases and updates
• Organize and centralize operational data and documents
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma / Degree (Business, Management, Engineering or related fields)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Notion is a plus)
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Bonus)

• Interest in property management / real estate industry
• Experience in admin, operations, or data tracking
• Familiar with workflow tools (Notion, Trello, etc.)
