Drop-Off Point Store Assistant – Scope of Work1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Explain courier/shipping services, rates, and delivery options.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding parcel status, packaging, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Parcel Handling
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parcels.
- Weigh, measure, label, and scan parcels accurately.
- Ensure parcels are packed securely according to courier guidelines.
- Sort parcels for daily pickup and delivery.
3. System & Documentation
- Key in shipment details into courier systems/software.
- Print airway bills, shipping labels, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate transaction and parcel records.
- Prepare daily sales and shipment reports.
4. Cashiering & Payment Handling
- Collect payments via cash, QR, card, or online transfer.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper cash balance.
- Perform basic daily closing and reconciliation.
5. Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Monitor packaging material and office supply inventory.
- Assist in opening and closing store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and safety procedures.
6. Sales & Promotion
- Promote ongoing courier promotions and services.
- Recommend suitable shipping or packaging solutions.
- Support sales targets and customer retention efforts.
7. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with courier drivers and logistics teams.
- Follow up on delayed, damaged, or missing parcels.
- Update customers on shipment progress when required.

- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Experience in courier, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
