We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager to help coordinate and manage our software development projects.
You'll play an important role in coordinating projects, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring our projects move forward properly.
You'll be working closely with our developers, QA, designers, clients and management across real-world web and mobile application projects.
This role requires someone who is comfortable taking initiative, communicating confidently, and taking ownership of projects. This role also offers strong growth opportunities, direct exposure to leadership, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on how projects and operations are run.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage software development projects
- Prepare project timelines based on estimates
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
- Conduct daily stand-ups and bi-weekly retrospectives
- Create, organise and maintain our tickets, including maintaining proper ticket hygiene
- Follow up on blockers, pending items and action items
- Help clear blockers for developers and internal teams
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, clarifications, timelines and issues.
- Facilitate and coordinate communication between developers, QAs, designers and other stakeholders
- Escalate risks, delays or issues where necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management or similar coordination roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Comfortable communicating with both clients and technical teams
- Able to handle difficult client conversations professionally
- Experience in software development projects
- Familiar with Jira, Productive, Clickup, Trello, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows is a plus
