Position: Barista and Front of House (FOH) / Service Crew

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and beverages
• Ensure consistency and quality of drinks according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Take orders and handle basic POS transactions when required
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant
• Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso machines, and milk texturing
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive attitude, and team-oriented

Salary & Benefits

• RM 3000 – RM 4000 (depending on experience)
• Overtime pay
