Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Intern Technician to join our Technical & Operations team in supporting building maintenance and facility management activities at our project sites in Johor.

This internship provides real hands-on exposure in electrical and building maintenance work within residential facility environments (PPR projects).

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine building maintenance and repair works
• Support technical team in electrical and facility-related tasks
• Conduct basic inspection of building facilities and equipment
• Record maintenance activities and simple site reports
• Assist in troubleshooting and site visits under supervision
• Ensure tools and work areas are properly maintained and safe
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Student / fresh graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Building Services or related field
• Preferably with basic technical knowledge (SKM / Diploma / equivalent)
• Willing to learn, hardworking and responsible
• Able to work in team-based site environment
• Basic understanding of tools and safety is an advantage
• Willing to work at project sites in Johor Bahru area
