We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our interior design team at T&T Design and Renovation Sdn Bhd. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring that our design visions are delivered within budget and on schedule, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior design projects.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier.
• Monitoring and controlling cost throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate contractor claims and payment certificates.
• Provide advice on cost-effective materials and design solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

What we're looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engenerring, Construction Management, Architecture, ID or related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with designers and contractors.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
