Role Purpose:
Responsible for managing site administrative, documentation, and procurement support activities to ensure smooth project operations and effective coordination among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Administration & Records
- Maintain site manpower records and daily attendance
- Prepare and compile workers’ timesheets
- Keep site documents properly organized and up to date
Coordination, Procurement & Support
- Liaise with the project team, client, and vendors on administrative and procurement matters
- Support procurement activities, including purchase coordination and delivery follow-up for office and project materials
- Arrange daily site refreshments as required
- Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative documentation.
Document Control & Office Management
- Manage photocopying, scanning, and filing of project documents
- Monitor and maintain administrative supplies and stationery
- Track receipt and distribution of office and project materials
Systems & General Support
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to support daily administrative and document control tasks
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Administration for electrical or construction projects
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Project Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
- Site Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
