We are a growing e-commerce fulfillment company looking for a proactive and responsible Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily courier coordination across multiple warehouses.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, persistent, independent, good with communication, and able to build strong working relationships with courier drivers and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily parcel collections with logistics partners such as SPX, J&T, Ninja Van, etc.

· Maintain strong working relationships with drivers and courier representatives.

· Ensure couriers arrive on time for scheduled pickups daily.

· Follow up persistently with logistics companies regarding delays, missed pickups, or manpower coverage during staff leave.

· Coordinate multiple daily pickups to ensure marketplace SLA requirements are met.

· Monitor parcel manifests and ensure all outgoing parcels are properly scanned.

· Oversee parcel dispatch operations across 3 nearby warehouses.

· Assist in resolving unscanned or failed pickup parcels.

· Proactively send parcels to courier hubs when necessary to avoid shipment delays.

· Communicate closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Troubleshoot operational and logistics issues quickly.

· Plan and organize daily logistics movements independently.

· Adapt quickly to constantly changing marketplace SLA requirements.

· Scanning of a large amount of parcels everyday

Requirements

· Work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

· Possess valid driving license and able to drive manual transmission vehicles and have GDL license

· Possess own transport. (car or motorbike is okay)

· Strong planning and coordination skills.

· Must know have basic computer skills

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proactive problem solver with strong sense of urgency.

· Comfortable handling fast-changing operational requirements and marketplace SLA changes.

· Able to prioritize tasks and make quick operational decisions.

· Good communication and relationship management skills.

· Responsible, persistent, and detail-oriented.

· Willing to travel between warehouses and courier hubs when required.

· Experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is preferably 1-2 years experience in the field

Bonus Skills

· Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop fulfillment operations.

· Familiar with courier manifest systems and marketplace SLA requirements.

· Operations or dispatch coordination experience.

This role is highly operational and requires someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and capable of ensuring smooth logistics execution across multiple warehouses.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
