- Assist with drafting of:- MEMO, Process Guidelines, Basic Policies, etc.
- Assist with Recruitment for Sr. Executive level and below. End-to-end recruitment drive start from requisition, job posting, screening, sharing profiles with HOD/Hiring Manager, scheduling interviews, reference checks, proposed offer, etc.
- Work closely with selected recruitment vendors, online job portals and social media portals.
- Engage with Universities and Education institutes for Internship programs and Fresh Graduates hires.
- Pre-Onboarding – raise request for company laptop, email ID, on boarding form, etc. Send email communication to new hires – congratulating and as a gentle reminder of their onboarding date.
- Onboarding and brief orientation of new joiners on 1 st day.
- Administrative assistance and support – Company Private and Confidential documents/agreements.
- Administration for sitting arrangements by department.
- Pantry – replenishing.
- Ad-hoc HR and Admin support when required or project base.
- Others will be informed based on Business direction.
Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
