WAREHOUSE & ERP OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are an Engineering Company specializing in the Design and Manufacture of Process Equipment for local and international projects.

In line with our operational expansion, we are urgently seeking a responsible, organized, and hands-on individual to join our operations team as:

Warehouse & ERP Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, packing, and stock arrangement activities;
• Prepare and maintain warehouse records, stock movement records, and inventory tracking;
• Handle Goods Receiving (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), stock issuance, and supporting documentation;
• Update and maintain inventory records within ERP / warehouse systems;
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Project teams regarding material availability and movement;
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning and stock reconciliation activities;
• Assist in packing, loading, unloading, and material handling activities when required;
• Ensure proper material identification, storage arrangement, labeling, and traceability;
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and operational records;
• Support periodic stock count and inventory audit activities;
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company operational procedures and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word;
• Able to handle documentation and operational coordination work accurately;
• Willing to work in manufacturing / warehouse environment;
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow structured operational procedures;
• Able to communicate and coordinate with multiple departments;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred / Advantageous

• Exposure to warehouse, inventory, ERP, or manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge in stock control, material handling, or logistics operations;
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory tracking systems;
• Forklift driving exposure or warehouse operational exposure is an advantage.
