About the Role
Are you an engineering graduate with a passion for problem-solving and client engagement? We're looking for a driven Sales Engineer to join our Business Development team. Someone who can translate technical solutions into real value for clients in the Oil & Gas industry.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll grow your commercial acumen while staying close to the technical work. If you enjoy building relationships, presenting ideas, and winning business, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations to clients and prospects
- Work closely with our Technical, Marketing, and Proposal teams to craft the right solutions for each client
- Build and manage relationships with oil operators, major consultants, EPC contractors, and strategic partners
- Support end-to-end business development activities — from prospecting to proposal to close
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a client-facing technical role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of the Oil & Gas sector and its value chain
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior internship or work exposure in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience navigating technical or project-based business environments
- An interest in developing commercial and business acumen over time
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
