REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in HR, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Must be well versed in the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967
4. Good command and grammar in English, both writing and speaking
5. Collaborative team player with excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills, ability to impart knowledge, delegated, train and empower in country team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for processing monthly payroll accurately and timely- overtime, claims, incentive, allowances.
· Liaise with statutory bodies- LHDN, KWSP & PERKESO
· Prepare all necessary documentations in respect of payroll- EPF, SOCSO, Increment and Bonus
· Manages the entire recruitment cycle by sourcing, short listing, scheduling interview, and offer employment, to fulfil the manpower needs of the company.
· Handling employee onboarding and offboarding.
· Responsible for Employee Relations and welfare of the employees, performance management and staff contract monitoring.
· Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws & regulations and work closely with management team to develop and cascade the organization policies/guidelines for the employees.
· Other general affairs will be informed by superior from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
