Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Human Resource Management.
- 1-3 years of working experience in administration or haulage/logistics operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic haulage operations will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Haulage Operations Task:
- Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely job completion.
- Monitor vehicle movements, fuel usage, toll receipts, DGC, and trip logs.
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and prepare monthly haulage performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company transport safety and operational procedures.
2)Admin Task:
- Maintain employee attendance and overtime records accurately.
- Assist in monthly overtime preparation to share to HR department before the due date.
- Manage general office administrative tasks, including stationery, utilities, and correspondence.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
