Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage general office administration including paperwork, data entry, and record keeping.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence.
- Maintain and update departmental databases, reports, and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requisition Management
- Coordinate and monitor the requisition process for office and project-related supplies/services.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company requirements.
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
Finance & Billing Administration
- Process invoices, billing, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with Finance Department for payment processing and budget tracking.
Project & Sales Support
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating project-related tasks, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare presentation materials, sales kits, and client-related materials when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or any related field
- Prior experience in property development or construction industry is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or coordinator experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- An independent, proactive and result-driven team player with a customer-oriented mindset
- Working location: Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
