岗位职责

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales & Marketing Department in day-to-day administrative operations. Apply now and grow your career with us!

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage general office administration including paperwork, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence.
  • Maintain and update departmental databases, reports, and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requisition Management

  • Coordinate and monitor the requisition process for office and project-related supplies/services.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company requirements.
  • Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.

Finance & Billing Administration

  • Process invoices, billing, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for payment processing and budget tracking.

Project & Sales Support

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating project-related tasks, events, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare presentation materials, sales kits, and client-related materials when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or any related field
  • Prior experience in property development or construction industry is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or coordinator experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • An independent, proactive and result-driven team player with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Working location: Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
