Performing daily operational and administrative tasks as instructed, including parcel scanning, delivery updates, POD verification, system entries, and record keeping.
Assisting in the coordination of operations with dispatchers, riders/drivers, hubs, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely parcel processing.
Tracking parcel status, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring that updates are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant teams.
Handling routine customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, and promptly escalating matters to management or the Executive Director when necessary.
Maintaining accurate operational records, reports, summaries, and supporting documentation in accordance with Company procedures.
Following established Company policies, procedures, and guidelines in carrying out assigned duties.
Performing any other administrative or operational tasks reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
