Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, managing, and executing engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and support the company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and knowledgeable about current social media trends and digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives
• Create, manage, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative visuals, videos, graphics, and written materials
• Prepare promotional materials and creative assets for digital advertising campaigns
• Monitor social media activities, audience engagement, trends, and feedback while responding to inquiries and messages promptly
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and improvement recommendations
• Keep updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates, and content strategies to maintain a strong online presence
• Coordinate with influencers, business partners, and brand ambassadors to enhance collaborations and engagement activities
• Support the execution of online contests, campaigns, giveaways, and other interactive marketing activities
• Travel when required for content creation, events coverage, or outstation assignments related to company activities and military engagement programs

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or any related discipline
• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role with a portfolio showcasing past projects
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling/management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Good understanding of social media insights and analytics to support content planning and performance improvement
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce fresh and engaging content ideas
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks within deadlines
• Skilled in using content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel or work outstation when necessary

Added Advantage:

• Experience in photography and video editing
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with social media reporting and analytics tools
