Seri Setia Construction & Engineering Sdn. Bhd is a construction-based company involved in construction of 275kV Consumer Substation at Kulai. We are looking for candidate to fullfill our vacancy as follows:

POSITION – SITE CLERK (based at site in Kulai)

Job Summary:

The Site Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support at the construction site to ensure smooth daily operations. This role includes handling documentation, site records (drawings, material delivery order, machinery record etc.), coordination between site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and head office and general administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in construction site administration (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good document management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in construction, TNB, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and site processes.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
