• Operate, monitor, and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and associated control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, panels, and field devices.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults related to HVAC controls, lighting controls, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment integrated with BAS.
• Monitor system alarms, trends, and performance data to identify abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of BAS equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with operational standards.
• Assist in system configuration, programming adjustments, calibration, and software updates when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers during maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or system integration works.
• Support energy management initiatives by analyzing system performance and recommending optimization measures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety procedures, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, fault reports, service logs, and technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Building Automation Systems, BMS, or facilities maintenance environment.
• Experience in commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, malls, or high-rise facilities is an added advantage.
