Are you a detail-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in project and administrative tasks?
We are looking for a Project Admin Intern to support our team in handling project documentation, coordination, and daily administrative operations within a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily project and administrative activities
• Prepare and update project documents, reports, and records
• Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and status updates
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors regarding project matters
• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
• Maintain proper filing and document control for project-related paperwork
• Help monitor material requests, deliveries, and project timelines
• Attend meetings and assist in preparing meeting notes or follow-up actions
• Support site or operational teams with administrative coordination when required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to commit for at least [3 months]
• Internship letter from university/college (if required)
