Role Overview
The Business Development Executive/Jr will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, building long‑term partnerships, and expanding our recruitment services across diverse industries. This role requires a proactive, results‑oriented professional with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Promote agency services (Permanent Placement, Fixed‑Term Recruitment, EOR) to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Represent the agency at networking events and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in recruitment or HR services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal‑driven with a passion for building client partnerships.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR solutions is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
