1. Position & Job Scope

• Position Title: Assistant Engineer
• Work Location: Lot 159, Jalan Johan 2/9, Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan 2, 31550 Pusing, Perak
• The Company reserves the right to transfer or second you to any other department, branch, or subsidiary based on business requirements.
• Job Responsibilities:

o Measure workpieces and translate dimensions into engineering drawings.

o Prepare technical drawings for fabrication and machining processes.

o Arrange materials and components required for fabrication.

o Design metal structures and basic machinery components according to project requirements.

o Coordinate with production teams to ensure project milestones are met.

o Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned engineering projects from design to completion.

o Liaise with production and assembly teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.

o Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.

o Prepare job reports, documentation, and assist in project cost estimation when required. the role.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and understanding technical schematics
• Knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and quality assurance practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project planning, and effective time management
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for cross-department collaboration
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations in an industrial setting
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous
