To support QA/QC implementation across development projects by ensuring construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ISO standards, and developer quality requirements through effective coordination, documentation control, site inspections, and issue tracking.
Job Descriptions:
- Support QA/QC management activities across development projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct and support regular site inspections and audits to ensure construction works comply with project requirements and industry regulations.
- Assist in reviewing contractor submissions including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), method statements, material approvals, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Maintain and reconcile QA/QC documentation for all materials delivered to site, ensuring proper traceability and accurate field records.
- Track, record, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to ensure timely closure and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to support resolution of quality-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain consistency and proper control of QA/QC processes and documentation across multiple development projects.
- Attend site meetings and assist in documenting quality-related discussions, actions, and follow-ups.
- Support monitoring of project quality performance by tracking key indicators such as issue resolution timelines, compliance with specifications, reduction of defects, NCR closure effectiveness, and documentation accuracy.
- Assist in ensuring QA/QC records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained for audits, reporting, and authority submissions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC, site coordination, or construction documentation roles.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards (preferred).
- Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site execution processes.
- Knowledge of QA/QC documentation such as ITP, NCR, method statements, and inspection checklists.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced site environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
