Job Description
1. Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements/orders, and sales reports.
2. Manage pre-sales processing tasks, organize and file important documents, and relay relevant information to sales managers and team members.
3. Create and maintain Product IDs for new and existing products in the system
4. Update and manage product prices in the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
5. Manage end-to-end billing and order processing, including preparation of delivery orders, invoices, internal transfers, and rental/loan agreements.
6. Take detailed sales meeting minutes, track and follow up on action points discussed during meetings to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to tender preparation, pre- and post-sales support will be an added advantage.
- Possession of own transportation (car)
- Working location: Shah Alam, Selangor
