Job Purpose
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of quarterly reporting package for group consolidation purposes.
- Preparation of group consolidation account on quarterly basis and ensure referencing column path name correctly reflected.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and all accounting schedules relevant to group consolidation account.
- Assist to review reporting packages and other reports of local and oversea subsidiaries.
- Coordinates with foreign entities finance team for financial reporting and matter arising.
- Assist in preparation of group budget and group cash flow forecast.
- Assist in preparation of annual report and financial statements including supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements.
- Assist in complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess a least 2 years of working experience relevant to the said position.
- Detailed and result oriented within the time frame.
- Organized, meticulous, committed, and independent but yet also an excellent team player.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and able to multi-task.
