Company Description

Tenpower Lithium Co., Ltd is a leading cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell developer and manufacturer for multiple application markets. The company is located in Banting.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC systems within manufacturing environment.
3. Experience handling chillers, cooling towers, AHU systems, and cleanroom HVAC is an added advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and environmental control systems.
5. Familiar with local regulatory requirements and safety standards.
6. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
7. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Verbal and written communication in English and Preferably Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, and ducting.
2. Monitor and maintain environmental parameters to meet production requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards (if applicable).
4. Control air filtration systems (HEPA/ULPA filters) and monitor air change rates.
5. Monitor HVAC energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
6. Support HVAC-related facility expansion, upgrading, and retrofit projects.
7. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation and servicing.
8. Ensure systems comply with local regulations, DOE, DOSH, and other relevant authorities.
9. Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
10. Ensure safe operation of HVAC equipment and adherence to safety standards.
11. Maintain maintenance records and equipment logs.
12. Develop SOPs and maintenance schedules.
13. Prepare technical reports and system performance analysis.
